a). Fees payable in advance are as follows :
i. For the month of April: April
ii. For the months of May & June : May
iii. For the months of July, August & September : July
iv. For the months of October, November & December : October
v. For the months of January, February & March : January
b). Fees for the respective month to be deposited before 15th of the month else late payment will be subject to late fine as mentioned below :
DELAY PERIOD - LATE FINE
For one month - 100 Rs
For second consecutive month - 300 Rs
Foe third consecutive month - 600 Rs
NOTE : Fee defaulters for three months or more will be sent home without a reminder or will be suspended from the academics.
c). If fee is not paid for the three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the roll of the school and Rs. 5000/- will be charged as Re- Admission Fee in addition to tuition fee and fine. No reminder will be issued by the school in this respect.
(i). School fee and Annual Charge in general is subject to change from time to time according to the changing price index.
(ii). Parents/Guardians can avail the benefit of one month Fee, if they pay 11 months fee at one time in the month of April every year.
(iii). Fee deposition through bank requires an intimation to the school through S.M.S providing details like : Student's name, Adm. No., Class, Date of Deposit, Amount, Bank Branch Name, IFS Code and Address & Account No.
(iv). Please mention name and Adm. No. in the bank pay in slip.
